✅BOOKING POLICY

Rescheduling
 
We understand life gets busy but — if you need to reschedule, please contact us via WhatsApp, text message, or social media at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Include your preferred new date and time by checking my booking system with the same treatment.
 
You may reschedule your appointment once.
A new 30% deposit of the full appointment value will be required to reschedule a second time.
 
Cancellation & No-Show
 
Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost.
If you don’t show up or fail to notify us, no future bookings will be accepted.
 
 Please be mindful—your cancellation affects not just us, but also other clients hoping to book.
 
Arriving on Time
 
Arrive on time, but not more than 5–10 minutes early.
Arriving 10 minutes late or more will result in cancellation and will be treated as a no-show.
 
Media Consent
 
By booking, you agree that photos/videos of your treatment may be taken and used on Beate Nails’ social media and website.
 
Health & Safety
 
We will not perform treatments on severely damaged or infected nails for hygiene and safety reasons.
